The Chocolate 7 Pot Brain Strain pepper, the spiciest among the 7 Pot strain peppers, bears a resemblance to the Chocolate Trinidad Moruga Scorpion pepper but features subtle distinctions. Known for its intense spiciness, the Chocolate 7 Pot Brain Strain pepper offers a slight smoky undertone typical of chocolate pepper varieties. When fully ripe, the pods contain high levels of capsicum oil on their inner walls, contributing to their extreme heat. This variety was developed through a cross between the Chocolate Trinidad Moruga Scorpion and the 7 Pot Brain Strain peppers. Chocolate 7 Pot Brain Strain pepper plants are prolific growers, reaching heights of three to four feet and boasting an average Scoville Heat Unit (SHU) rating of 1,000,000 to 1,350,000.
