Dragon Toe

Hailing from Southeast Asia, these intricately twisted and wrinkled peppers are a rare find. Despite their unique appearance, the fruit offers a subtly sweet flavor with a hint of spice, milder than a jalapeno. Green specimens are perfect for stir-fries and salads, while some will be incorporated into a fiery hot sauce. The tall, upright plants produce around two dozen slender 3-4" by 2" peppers. Cultivating these peppers is not only rewarding but also a super fun experience!
